Executive Chef Michael DePrima

With nearly fifteen years experience in the culinary arts Dream Cuisine’s Executive Chef Michael Anthony De Prima has worked around the country with the Industry’s top chefs. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, he has traveled around the globe studying and perfecting culinary techniques.

Before arriving in New York City, some of Chef De Prima’s early highlights include Flagstaff’s Brix and Chez Marc, and La Jolla’s Top of the Cove and Roppongi.

Most recently, before opening Dream Cuisine Fine Catering, LLC, Chef De Prima honed his expertise at such New York hotspot as Club Guastavino, Oceana and the renowned Grande Central Station’s Metrazur.

Outside the kitchen, Chef De Prima has, for years, taught courses and lead seminars on a variety of culinary subjects. Dream Cuisine Fine Catering, LLC currently offers private one-on-one cooking classes. If you would like more information on these classes, please email.
